The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not what we expected; I had to move out in the middle of the night. The buffet breakfast was disappointing. On the bright side, the staff and evening meal were fantastic!

The service was exceptional, with extremely patient and pleasant staff who went above and beyond to make up for any inconveniences. The location, though ideal for Anfield, suffered from noise disturbances until the early hours. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good and cheap options but falling short in delivering a full English breakfast.
