Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not what we expected; I had to move out in the middle of the night. The buffet breakfast was disappointing. On the bright side, the staff and evening meal were fantastic!
The hotel's location is brilliant, making it easy to reach the city centre and Anfield, with a McDonald's nearby. The rooms, though in need of updating, were very clean and easily accessible. The service was excellent, with helpful staff willing to accommodate requests. The dining was good value for money with tasty options, and the facilities were well-kept. However, the area around the hotel was not ideal, and some facilities needed improvement.
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were very clean and well laid out, offering great comfort, but they could use a fresh coat of paint and lacked fresh air as the windows wouldn't stay open. The service was exceptional, with extremely patient and pleasant staff who went above and beyond to make up for any inconveniences. The location, though ideal for Anfield, suffered from noise disturbances until the early hours. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good and cheap options but falling short in delivering a full English breakfast. The facilities offered were decent, with recognizably friendly staff and social lounges, but breakfast could be more diverse.
The hotel had nice rooms with lovely staff, but there were some issues with cleanliness and overcharging at the bar. The service was mixed with great food but some staff being unfriendly. The location was convenient for my needs, although a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was good overall but had some miscommunication. The hotel had decent facilities, with both positive and negative aspects.
